Dave got his Journalism degree from the University of Maryland (‘76) and his J.D. from the University of Toledo (‘79). He began his practice in Severna Park in 1980. He started mediating in 1998 and focuses on Divorce/Family, Real Estate/Business and Probate. He has hundreds of hours in mediation training and has trained laypersons, attorneys and judges in Mediation.
